SHELAGH ELLEN PAWLOSKI (nee JOHNSON) With great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Shelagh Ellen Pawloski at home on the morning of Friday, November 1, 2013. Shelagh was born on December 13, 1937 in Winnipeg, MB to Norman and Mary Johnson. Shelagh will forever be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years; Peter Pawloski. She will always be remembered by her sister Jocelyne Johnson, step-sister Doreen (Dick) Lange and step-brother Donald (Karen) Black. Shelagh was predeceased by their daughter Jennifer (Dave) Phillips on November 23, 2006, as well as her parents Norman and Mary Johnson, her step-mother Irene Black-Johnson, and her brother Bill Johnson. Shelagh loved sports; she bowled, curled, played center field as well as coached Jen's (Maple's League) soft ball team. She was always happy to be working in her flower gardens at home and at their cottage at Lake St. George. She loved fishing, dancing and the Winnipeg Gold Eyes. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Anthony's Church, 250 Burrin Avenue. Cremation and interment at Glen Eden Funeral Home will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Shelagh's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald St. Wpg., MB R3L 0K6.
