Wow, what a guy! Dennis and I met at the lounge I worked in at Tony Roma's on Kennedy in the late '80s. Dennis was an amazing individual. He introduced me to some very interesting people over the years and introduced me to the world; stories of the Dominican, Tahebo Tea, Double Dragon Chinese Herbs. Amber Rum and tree bark was our 'talk and sip' drink in his apartment into the wee hours of the morning. He would play his guitar like a master. I was honored when he stood up for me at my wedding as I knew it really wasn't his thing, but he did it anyway. I remember buying fresh turkey breasts from the trunk of his car and will never forget his words of encouragement 'those Rube's don't have nothing on you man!' 10 granules of salt in your mug is what you lived by. RIP Bucko, say hi to Lenny Breau for us. - Posted by: Robin (friend) on: Mar 10, 2016

Just wanted to send condolences to Anthony, so sorry to hear of Dennis passing. He was such a fun person to work with, and solid as a rock. He was an entertainer, a story teller and a true gentleman. - Posted by: Sharon G (coworker) on: Nov 17, 2013

I remember fondly Dennis as a dear high school friend and a very talented and interesting musical individual. One of the highlights of my friendship with him was a very memorable motor trip that we took in 1963 to the States and Mexico. "Dennis, you left this life too soon! You will be missed by the many lives you have touched. RIP....... Dave Moberg of Banff - Posted by: Dave Moberg (High School Friend) on: Nov 16, 2013
