Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORRAINE ROSE TOCHER It has been a year now Lorraine passed away on November 21, 2012. Lorraine left us after a short battle with breast cancer. She is missed greatly by the family and all who knew her. I will miss and love her always. She was the center of the family and the one who kept everyone in touch. She is survived by her partner of 34 years Earl Judd, and children Lorelei Watson, husband Rob Watson, children Ashton and Brennan. Her son Michael Tocher, wife Ingrid and sons Jacques and Henrik. Her brother Frankie Stephen and sister Patricia Stephen. Lorraine was predeceased by her parents, Rosalie and Lewis Stephen. Rest easy honey, you are forever in our hearts and loved by all of us.
