Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALAN JAMES PALMER It is with heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of Alan James Palmer on November 21, 2013. Al, Dad, Pops was an inspiring husband, father, grandfather and a true helpful friend for all of those that knew him. He is remembered by his loving wife Grace; three sons, Scott (Dawn), Wesley and Jay; two beloved grandchildren, Isabella and Brody; brother John (Kathy); mother-in-law, Margaret (Duke) Sigmar; sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Karen (Jason); brother-in-law Steve; his wonderful nieces, Cari, Kelli, Leslie, Alyson, and Nadine; his nephews, Nick, Stevie, Ryan, and Christopher, and numerous friends. We celebrate Al's life as he lived, always caring about others. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30 at 2:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, South of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park.
