Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGARY MAURICE HURTECANT May 19, 1956 - October 28, 2013 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our brother and uncle. Gary leaves behind his wife, Deborah and son Michael. Cremation has taken place and a service was conducted in Calgary on Sunday, November 3, 2013. We wish to thank family and friends in Calgary, in particular Susan and Ed, and the great team at Certain Teed where Gary worked. As time goes by the memories stay, as near and dear as yesterday. Forever in our hearts. Love always, Kevin, Marlo and Stephen Nancy and Reg; Laura, Leroy, Daniel, Alycia, and Andrew; Nick and Leslie; Kristine and Kurtis.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends. I curled against Gary as a junior, and then had the honour to work with him at the drywall plant in Calgary. He was a gentleman and a great curler.
