Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIRENE TOUPIN (nee ROCAN) Peacefully at the Notre Dame Foyer on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, Mrs. Irene Toupin of St. Leon, formally of St. Boniface, Manitoba, passed away at the age of 92 years. She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband Norbert, nine children: Roger (Diane) Toupin, Diane (Roger) Gaultier, Robert (Lucie) Toupin, Nicole (Gilles) Vielfaure, Marc (Jo-Anne) Toupin, Mario (Corinne) Toupin, Guy Toupin, Richard (Monique) Toupin and Lise (Guy) Grenier; 20 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Also left to mourn are her brothers and sisters: Maurice (Eveline), Georgette (Fernand), Paul (Lise), Marie-Thérèse (Léo) and Guy (Jeanne), brothers and sisters-in-law: Angeline Waring, Henri Audette, Germaine Kunzie, Gabriel (Thérèse) Toupin, Donald (Fernande) Toupin, Alice (Charles) Lewis, Agnes (Hervé) Pirlot, Colombe Rocan and Rita Toupin, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Irène was predeceased by her daughter Dolorès Toupin and her brothers and sisters: Edmond Rocan, Sr Geneviève Rocan, Yvonne (Jacques) Mireault, Florence (Aimé) Vielfaure, Denise Audette, Michel Rocan and l'Abbé Jean-Louis Rocan. Prayers will be held at Adam's Funeral Home on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the St. Leon Roman Catholic Church on Monday, December 9, 2013. Recitation of the Rosary, Eulogy and video at 1:30 p.m., Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. followed by cremation with Father Armand Le Gal officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society. Adam's Funeral Home of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba in care of arrangements. Sincere sympathies to Norbert and the entire Toupin family. I have so many memories of spending time with Diane and of my parents (Rosaire and Lucienne) and all the good times they had over the years with Irene and Norbert. You are all in my thoughts as well as those of my brother Louis Fontaine.
