FRANCES MCDONALD (ZELENEWICH) It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of our mother Frances McDonald on November 29, 2013, with her family by her side, at the age of 83 years. Frances was born in Stead MB, on March 21, 1930. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Gary (Andrea), Darlene (Doug), Val (Bob), Len (Della) and Marvin. She was devoted to her family and spent many years at Wildwood Trailer Park in Winnipeg Beach with her children. Frances was blessed with twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren who will miss her enormously. Although we miss her dearly, we are comforted that she is reunited with her late husband, Henry McDonald, parents Steve and Caroline (stepfather Mike Michalchuk), brother Edward Zelenewich (Lorraine) and brother-in-law Gordon (Lutz). Left to cherish her memory is her loving sister Helen and two brothers Paul (Vivian) and Norman (Barbara), and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In accordance to Frances' wishes, cremation has taken place. In mom's memory, donations can be made to the Lung Association of Manitoba. A memorial service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at 2:00 p.m. on December 21, 2013. A private family burial service is being held at a later date. Rest in Paradise Mom/Gramma. Love you forever XOXO TO THOSE I LOVED AND THOSE WHO LOVED ME When I am gone, release me, let me go... I have so many things to see and do, You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears; Be happy that we had so many years. I gave to you my love, you can only guess How much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now it's time I traveled on alone. So grieve a while for me if grieve you must, Then let your grief be comforted by trust. It's only for a while that we must part, So bless the memories within your heart. I won't be far away, for life goes on; So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can't see me or touch me, I'll be near, and if you listen with your heart, you'll hear, All of my love around you soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile and say "WELCOME HOME" Cropo Funeral Chapel 204-586-8044
