MARGARET (PEGGY) RAE ZACHARY (nee QUIRK) With much sadness the family of Peggy Zachary announce her passing on December 10, 2013 at the age of 85. Peggy was born in Kenora, Ontario. Following secretarial school, she enjoyed working for Great West Life in Winnipeg. After moving to Burnaby, she began her family for whom she provided great love and care throughout her life. She was a devoted wife to her husband of 59 years, Larry (predeceased); and a loving mother to her daughters Leda, Kathy (Matthew), Margo (John) and a wonderful grandmother to her granddaughters Laura, Kate and Erin. Following Peggy's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Peggy's name to the Arthritis Society of Alberta, Suite 307, 10109 106 Street, Edmonton, AB T5J 3L7.
