Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA COLLINS (O'SULLIVAN) Peacefully on December 21, 2013 Pat passed away at home. Pat is survived by her husband Don and children Cathy, Don, Joanne and much loved niece Theresa. Survived also by Cathy's children Joshua and Jordan, Don's partner Paul Hickey, Joanne's husband James Warkentin and his children Rebecca and Thomas. Also by sisters Maureen O'Sullivan and Sheila Sutherland and husband Bill and many nieces and nephews. Pat was predeceased by parents Joe and Gladys O'Sullivan, sister Peggy and husband Ray Oswald, brother Joe and wife Ruth (Blore) and in-laws Harry and Tena Collins. We wish to express our gratitude to Dr. Helga Sickert, Dr. Cliff Yaffe and Dr. Ralph Wong for their care and compassion. Thank you to the WRHA Palliative Care staff especially nurses Olga, Shannon and Kelly for the support to our family which allowed us to care for mom at home to the end. Flowers gratefully declined. Cremation has taken place and at Pat's request there will not be a service.

Don, Cathy, Don, Joanne, Theresa and Families, Ed and I were consumed with sadness to learn of the tragic loss of Pat and although we know the day will ultimately come, the loss of a loved one always leaves us with grief. I will always treasure the friendship we forged and the fond memories of working with Pat, Joanne and Theresa at Boes in St. Vital all those many years ago. Cathy, Don, Joanne, Theresa,(and Family) - so very sorry to read of the passing of your Mother (Aunt). It seems like not long ago (even though much time has passed!), that we were hanging out in your basement after school and weekends probably driving your parents crazy! We spent many hours at your house and your Mom put up with a lot from us all! Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
