ERNEST TODASCHUK May 8, 1941 - December 27, 2012 All I ask of you is that whatever you may be You will remember me at Holy Communion and at the foot of the altar. O you whom I have loved so much on earth Pray for me and live on in such a manner That we may be reunited forever in Blessed Eternity. Merciful Jesus, grant Eternal rest to the souls of the faithful departed. I am in Heaven dear ones Oh so happy and so bright There is perfect joy and beauty In this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over Ever resting; tossing passed. I am now at peace forever Safely home in heaven at last. Did you wonder I so calmly Trod the valley of the shade? Oh but Jesus love illuminated Every dark and tearful glade. And He came Himself to meet me In that way so hard to tread And with Jesus arm to lean on Could I have doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely For I love you dearly still Try to look beyond Earth's shadow Pray to trust our Father's will. There is work still waiting for you So you must not idly stand Do it now while life remaineth You shall rest in Jesus stand. When the work is all completed He will gently call you home Oh the Rapture of that meeting Oh the joy to see you home. God help us through our struggles, guide us through our pain, take tender care of cherished husband, father and grandfather, until we all meet again. Eternal Memory! We love you with all our hearts and miss you dearly! Sylvia, Rosemarie, John, Charlene, Andrij, Peter and Tatiana. Join us on Sunday, January 5th, 2014, for a one year anniversary Memorial Mass at 11:00 am at Ukrainian Catholic Metropolitan Cathedral of Sts. Vladimir & Olga, 115 McGregor St.
