Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM A. CHAMBERLAND August 16, 1935 - December 18, 2013 Billy was born in Winnipeg and moved to Vancouver in the 1990s. He was a very talented painter mainly known for his portraits and landscapes. Billy leaves behind his three daughters Kim, Erin and Cheryl, his granddaughter Ella and brothers Bob, Fred and sister Patsy. Special thanks to the care staff at Kelowna General and the Hospice House for making dad's last days filled with care and compassion. Also special thanks to Bob Dunkley and all his dear friends from the Edgewater in Peachland.
