Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCRYSTAL MAE NICOLSON (RISSMAN) Crystal Mae Nicolson (Rissman) passed away peacefully at the Gimli Hospital with her family at her side on December 28, 2013. Crystal was predeceased by her father Mac Rissman, she is survived by her mother and best friend Pearl Jessup, sister Terill and husband Lawrence, brothers Chane and wife Den, Rhys and wife Nadine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. As per her request, there will not be a funeral. Cremation has taken place and a family burial will be held on June 21, 2014 at the Arnes Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the hospital staff for the wonderful care and support they gave Crystal, you are all angels.

Hanging out at the math centre in H.S. Crystal was there on the edge. She was a good girl, someone I was glad to know. I hope I was nice to her. When my dad died five years ago she reached out to me, and we exchanged notes frequently over a few years. She was a comfort when I was diagnosed with cancer. I'm sorry that she passed without a crowd of witnesses to her essential kindness and goodness. Almost 2 years ago she sent me lyrics to a song to develop music for. I never got to it before she dropped out of sight, and I've lost the lyrics. I am sorry.
