Nana, I'm having a rough go lately, the pain of losing you has not left, in fact- it has only gotten stronger. I long to see you smile, wish I could hear you laugh just once more and what I miss the absolute most- your loving, warm hugs. It is so unfair you were taken from me so young, I am still bitter about this and unsure of how to cope. If you were here, your strength would help guide me and show me how to make it through another lonely day without you. I do feel your presence with me everyday, in ways I never thought existed. And I soak them up of course, but it's just not the same. I hope you know how deeply I love you and how greatly I miss you. I look forward to the day we meet again and promise you, the biggest and longest hug ( selfishly, this will be for me).
