MARY LOIS RICHARDSON It is with heavy hearts the family of Lois Richardson report her passing on Thursday, January 9, 2014. Lois was born to Charles McIlraith and Helena Craig in Ste-Agathe, QC on October 8, 1929. She grew up in Beltsville, ON, attended Queens, and moved to Vancouver with her husband Gary Richardson (deceased 1985), where they raised their only child, Derek. An avid card player, bowling enthusiast, ice hockey fan, and genealogist, Lois moved to the US to be close to her son in 2011. She passed peacefully at a hospice in Columbia, MD with family by her side. She is survived by her brother, Douglas McIlraith of Winnipeg, MB and her son, Derek, of Laurel, MD. Those wishing to honour her memory may consider a donation to a charity of their choice.
