AMOS ANDY TROUT Papa was born on January 20, 1945 in God's Lake, Manitoba. He passed away unexpectedly on January 31, 2014 at his home in Winnipeg. A Service will be held at the Aboriginal Funeral Home, 724 Selkirk Ave. on Thursday, February 6 at 11:00 a.m. A private interment held by the immediate family will follow at St. Vital Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers: Bob Golinoski, Dallas Giesbrecht, Kent Sinclair, Jon Trout, Brendan Hill, Cole Beardy and Jaden Sinclair. Papa was predeceased by his wife Jean, grandfather Joseph Sr., his father Joseph, his mother Ellen, brothers Billy, Jimmy, Sam, and Nick, sister Mary-Ann, daughter Nancy, and grandchildren Ridge and Jermaine. He is survived by his children Barbara (Bill), Eileen (Kenny), Robert (Cindy), Angie (Dallas), Jacquie, Cheetah (Jean Paul), Boinks (Clinton), as well as his Mr. Motors' Jon (Tabby), and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Papa will be greatly missed, but his spirit will live on in all that knew him. When I must leave you for a little awhile Please do not grieve And shed wild tears And hug your sorrow to you Through the years But start out bravely, With a gallant smile And for my sake And for my name Live on and do All things the same Feed not your loneliness On empty days But fill each waking hour In useful ways Reach out your hand In comfort and in cheer And I in turn will comfort you And hold you near
