Date of Passing: Feb 01, 2014
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHUSHILA DILAWRI It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Shushila Dilawri on February 1, 2014 at the Brampton Civic Hospital in Toronto. She had her family by her side and went peacefully at the age of 80. She was a loving and very family oriented person, who always had a smile on her face and only looked for the best in people. Her fondness for her family and friends was felt by all. She loved to cook and always looked forward to travelling to visit her kids and grandkids in Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa and abroad. Shushila will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Ashok (wife Annu) and Shiv (wife Sarita); her daughters, Madhu (husband Virender) and Seema (husband Surain). Her grandchildren brought her a lot of joy and she was very proud of them - Dhiya, Kabeir, Anika, Nitin (wife Puran), Shaun (wife Priti), Rajan (wife Poonam), Saager, Shikha, Shivank (wife Anisha), Sakshi (husband Vikrant). Her enthusiasm and vibrant nature will be missed by all. A special thanks to her doctors Armarjeet and Jagmit Arneja and the dedicated staff at Brampton Civic Hospital. There will be prayers at the Hindu Temple, 999 St. Anne's Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 6. Flowers are graciously declined. Donations in her memory can be made to Hindu Society of Manitoba, 999 St. Anne's Road, Winnipeg, MB, R2N 4G5
