Judy and I were friends for many years since our children were young. I haven't seen as much of her the last few years since my move from Winnipeg. Judy was a wonderful friend and always put everyone's needs ahead of her's, whether it was her family, friends or her patients when she was a nurse. She was always concerned about everyone she met. She was a true Rebekah when she belonged to the order - always ready to lend a helping hand. I know that she will be dearly missed by her family, as well as everyone whose life she has touched throughout the years. She suffered from declining health for the last years. You are now free from pain and worry, dear friend. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Helen Mitchell (Friend) on: Feb 09, 2014

We have only got to know Judy in the last three and a half years of her life. We will miss her smiling face and talks in the hallway. No matter how sick she was she always had a smile for you. We will miss her. Rest in peace pain free. May God give you all understanding that Judy is smiling down on you Norm and her Family. Our Deepest Sympathy and God Bless you all. - Posted by: Cec and Deanna Pringle (Neighbour) on: Feb 09, 2014

I knew Judy from church and at our ACW meetings. Always willing to lend a helping hand and such a smile. Will not be able to attend her funeral but send my sympathies to her family. - Posted by: Anne Leibl (friend from Church) on: Feb 09, 2014

When I was growing up in Winnipeg with Judy's son Russell, I would often be invited to spend time in the Leach home. And every time I came over, I was greeted with Judy's warm smile and hospitality. She always made me welcome. She will be dearly missed. - Posted by: James Rudolph (Friend) on: Feb 08, 2014

Judy was a true and loyal friend who put others first, I can't imagine how it was for family to watch her deteriorating health. She loved her family dearly. May you hold close the memories of fun times spent with her. I feel so blessed to have had her part of my life since 1964 since I first met her. - Posted by: Elaine Bennett (friend) on: Feb 08, 2014
