DOUGLAS WILLIAM GOWANS April 30, 1959 - February 7, 2014 Doug passed away suddenly on Friday, February 7, 2014 with his wife by his side. Predeceased by his parents William and Marjorie; brother David; aunts Nancy Cox and Rita (Jim) Fisher; and cousin Bev Perry; Doug is survived by his loving wife, Susan and sister Susan (Richard) Giesbrecht; niece Lindsay Giesbrecht; cousin Eric Perry; and best friend Brian Stephenson. A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place in St. John Cathedral Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB.
