KARL GRUPE With deep sorrow and sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father Karl Grupe, 69 years on February 14, 2014 at the Victoria Hospital with family at his side. Funeral to take place February 24, 2014 at 1800 Day Street Transcona at 2:00 p.m., prior to service viewing at 1:00 p.m. before funeral. Longer obituary to follow on Saturday, February 22, 2014.

I first met Karl on our building site a few years ago. Over a short space of time it became apparent that Karl was not only a master of his trade but also a fine human being. He enjoyed an abundance of common sense but also showed a genuine understanding and reapect for the people working for him and the and for myself, the building owner.
