LEON AYOTTE January 10, 1948 - February 18, 2014 On Tuesday, February 18, 2014 Léon passed away at Surrey Memorial Hospital in British Columbia at the age of 66. He was born and raised in St. Jean Baptiste, MB. Léon leaves to mourn his passing, two daughters and six grandchildren: Chantal (Thomas), Justine and Alexa; Christiane (Rodney), Collin, Patrick, Marc and Deserée; his family: Laurette Lambert, Rhéal (Elise), Gisèle, Viviane Walker, and his twin sister Léonne (Denis) Marion. Léon was predeceased by his parents Wilfrid and Antoinette, his brother Lucien, brothers-in-law, Jules Lambert, Paul Walker, and his niece Ginette Labbé (née Lambert). He will be sadly missed by his best friend Ron Very as well as his many "buddies" in British Columbia. He will also be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and his godmother Marie-Ange Ayotte-Boulet. As per Léon's wishes, no funeral services will be held and cremation has already taken place. The family wishes to thank the Critical Care staff at Surrey Memorial for their tender love and care given to Léon.
