JOHANNA (JENNIE) BOYKO Peacefully, on the evening of Friday, February 7, 2014, our mom passed away. Johanna (Jennie) Boyko (nee Malenchak) was predeceased by her husband Michael, her son Michael Lorn and her daughter-in-law Sharon. Jennie is survived by her children Murray Gregg, Lorenda, and Vincent and their families. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of the Central Okanagan South Hospice House, the palliative care nurses Ann and Kathleen, the homecare workers who supported our mom's independence, and especially Dr. Adrian Morris, her friend, advocate and sparring partner. A more detailed obituary will follow and a memorial is to be held in the spring.
