Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your father, grandfather and brother. We remember the time we spent with Gordon both at the farm and at our house on Saturday nights. George, Gordon and Bob Anderson were quite the trio. We have very fond memories of those days. You are in our thoughts and our prayers. • Our thoughts are with the family...Gord and Stella where wonderful people that will be sadly missed. I first met Gord and Stella at the Strathclair Drama Club and Choral Group. We sang together, danced together, acted in many plays together, but most importantly we talked and shared our lives with each other. I have always felt honored to have known both Gord and Stella. Even when we moved to the east coast we kept in touch. Had Gord made the trip to the East coast we would have had another opportunity to speak in person... Thank you God for giving us the time that we had with both Gord and Stella... we have been very blessed! - Posted by: Sharon and Les Miller (dear friends) on: Mar 02, 2014

  • I'll remember Gordon always. Although it has been years since our last visit, I think of him and Stella often - Gordon trying to stay out of the way while Stella taught us the babysitting course for 4-H, and the years I spent singing with him in the church choir and drama club. My thoughts are with his family. Kathi (Linda Earl's daughter) - Posted by: Kathi Flemington () on: Mar 02, 2014

  • We remember Gordon very well from the time we lived in Newdale and participated in the Strathclair Drama Club. We remember so very well that Gordon and his wife, Stella, were so very friendly and kind to us. Always encouraging! We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family. Our hearts and our prayers are with you. - Posted by: Ralph & Pat Tanchak (friends) on: Mar 01, 2014
