It's only because we love and miss you so much. I am sorry to hear of Harold's passing and my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. I worked alongside Harold for several years at Mallabars and together we weathered the trials and tribulations of our work. We were a team in the Costume Department and Harold was our fearless leader: hardworking and passionate about the quality of work we produced and fiercely loyal to his colleagues, Harold set a high example to be emulated. He was respected and well loved and he returned the same. In our conversations together, his voice would always soften when the topic fell upon his children and grandchildren; it was so evident that family was closest to his heart. I've thought of Harold often through the years as few professional colleagues of mine since my time at Mallabar have shown all the qualities of humanity and professionalism that Harold shared with us all on the job every day. His pride in his work and his life was an example for me to emulate and I am thankful for his place in my life. Harold, you'll always be "the boss" for all the right reasons. - Posted by: David McKenzie (former colleague at Mallabar's) on: Jan 22, 2015
