MARCELINE DORGE March 19, 2013 Mom, it's been one year ago today that you left us to be with Dad. My heart aches every time I think of the last moments I spent with you. I knew you were no longer suffering from all the physical pain you endured throughout your life as well as the loss of your loved ones and, later, your independence. But I grieve for all that you still enjoyed, the outings, the car rides, the visits, family dinners, watching your grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow and blossom. I miss your beautiful smile, your laugh, our visits, your warm heartfelt hugs and your endless kisses. I miss your total loyalty and dedication to your family and your unconditional love. You were my best friend, my confidante and wholly supported me in every aspect of my life. I am honoured to wear your wedding ring and cherish the memory of my dear, sweet mom. I love you Mom! If tears could build a stairway, And memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven, And bring you home again. You're forever in my heart, Mom. Ta petite fille.
