Over the years Uncle Oskar has regularly sent letters to us which encouraged us to appreciate that no matter what ability we have, we can use it to help others. His love for his heavenly Father, the congregation and our dear Aunt Margaret, gave him the motivation to persevere despite his limitations. We will greatly miss our time together. We too look forward to seeing him again in the near future. - Posted by: Guy & Tracy (Kandel) Ioviero (Niece) on: Mar 25, 2014

I have known Oskar since the 1960s. My firends and myself had many coffe parties with Oskar and Margaret. Oskar was always very kind and generous. He had a deep spiritual conviction which was admired by all who knew him. He set a good example of serving his God Jehovah despite his limitation. I look forward to seeing Oskar again when Jehovah resurrects those in his memory to a paradise on earth. - Posted by: Shirley Nicholson (close friend to both Oskar and Margaret) on: Mar 21, 2014

Oskar was a kind, gentle soul. I will always remember that he loved to bring me Russian Mint Chocolates, while I was manager of the housing complex he lived in. He was a very compliant tenant who never disturbed anyone. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Selma Pauls (friendship via Sunset House ) on: Mar 20, 2014
