Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • I met Fredricka at the Hope Centre Health Care, Women's Circle support group...she was the outreach worker at Hope Centre Health Care where she helped run a group for women, "The Women's Circle" support group, she facilitated workshops on "Self Esteem", "Inner Child" etc., also attended women retreats and other outings, she helped strengthen the women in the circle... She was my inspiration, she helped with my growth to who I am today... She taught me to set goals for myself, take responsibilities via job, family, personal items, etc. She taught me about boundaries and setting limits, self-care, feeling good about myself...I was a new mom, she helped direct me in my parental skills...She was my mentor, I gained a lot of skills & knowledge from her...RIP Fredricka Gobeil (aka Czapla) - Posted by: Hilda McKay Canard (Friend) on: Mar 26, 2014
