Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEANNE MURRAY TWA February 1, 1929 - March 17, 2014 A loving, lovely lady we called "Andy Jeanne" has died. Now she is having neither pain nor suffering, but is in joyful peace, where her loving God is tenderly wiping away all of her tears. Jeanne is predeceased by her husband of 50 years Ernest, her parents Murray and Kathleen Sisson, her brother Paul and her godson Gerald. Jeanne is survived by her sons Paul (Tanice and two cats, Pari and Gray) and Garth. They were her life. She is also survived by her only sister Laure (Bill) Salo, brother-in-law Gerald (Pat) Twa, sister-in-law Marylin Sisson and numerous nieces and nephews in Alberta and Manitoba. Jeanne had an excellent work ethic and was employed in many and varied situations. Among them were various positions at CIBC, and was manager of a medical clinic in Yellowknife. She and her family also lived in Repulse Bay for short time relating and interacting with the Innuit people. Jeanne was a gracious hostess and wonderful cook, arranging many parties and celebrations. Blessed with the gift of writing, she also gave us memories through her published books, "Let's Play Northern Pole" and "Alfred, King of the Guratrix". Upon retirement, Jeanne and Ernie moved to Macara Lake, Ontario enjoying cool dips, gardening, pedal-boating, spending happy times with family and, of course, '5 o'clocks'. Eventually, they moved back to Winnipeg. Right up to her final days, she continued to learn and grow in faith and self-awareness by participating in on-line courses and communicating with fellow searchers. We will always remember and hold this loving, lovely lady Jeanne in our hearts. To commemorate her life, funeral mass will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ The King R.C. Church, 847 St. Mary's Rd.
