Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Sincere Condolences to you and your family, Sandra. Bruce will always be remembered as friendly, happy and "living the life". He was rightfully proud of all his accomplishments and was a great representative of our hometown. Enjoy your memories. - Posted by: Myrna (Henry) Childs (Also From Grandview) on: Mar 25, 2014

  • Was very saddened when I read that Bruce passed away. I remember Bruce walking past our house on the way to the swimming pool (in the '70's) then on the way uptown to the BakeShop...Even when I moved from Grandview he just remembered everyone and always had a big Hello.... Bruce was a Grandview Icon!!! Our condolences to his siblings from the McRae Clan. - Posted by: Patti Petrie (fellow Grandviewer ) on: Mar 25, 2014

  • I remember Bruce mostly as a young person growing up in Grandview. He was always happy and friendly. He was a favorite of his Aunt Catherine From Winnipeg who kept in touch and loved to visit the restaurant where Bruce worked. She was very proud of all of his accomplishments. A very inspirational life! - Posted by: Robert Anthony (Cousin) on: Mar 25, 2014

  • I remember all our trips to Grandview when we were small and Bruce was always so cheerful and happy. He would always remember our names even though he would only see us once a year. We are so sorry we cannot be at the service but we are in Florida and will not be home until April. I remember how thrilled he was to work at the little tea shop in Grandview and how he loved people. - Posted by: Dianne and Jim Swaile (Cousin) on: Mar 25, 2014
