SHEILA LUGTIG (née HASSELL) On Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at the Victoria General Hospital, Sheila Lugtig (née Hassell) died peacefully at the age of 81. A full obituary and details of a memorial service will follow.

  • I only met Sheila in recent years through her grandson Dan and his wife, Tanya. It was easy to see though, how much she loved and cherished her family.
