JOHN STEVEN STRAWA 1955 - 1989 Dad, I feel we did not get to spend enough time together as you passed when I was so young. But in that short time, you taught me so much about life. I have such happy memories of us, out on your boat, fishing and enjoying the water together. In those quiet moments of fishing with you, I learned the gift of listening and patience. One of the funniest memories I share of you is the Christmas that you hid the Alf doll in the dryer and asked me to go get pants out of the dryer. I had never been so excited or surprised. It's been 25 years since your passing and I think of you every day. You are such a loving and amazing man. I cherish the short time you were with me and I hope to see you again someday. Your loving daughter Crystal.
