Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN EDWARD MOORE October 11, 1934 April 3, 2014 Suddenly, but peacefully on April 3, 2014 at Stonewall Hospital, I lost my best friend Norm Moore. Norm was born on October 11, 1934 and lived his life in the Interlake. Norm was predeceased by his wife Jessie, and his parents Albert and Leona. Surviving to mourn is Joyce and her family of Rick (Kim) McGuff and family. Very important to Norm was his immediate family, Bruce (Lynn), Merle (Lloyd), Marilyn (Jack), Darlene (Ed), Brian (Teresa), Cathy (Dick) and families. A sad loss but many treasured memories. Also special to Norm was his stepdaughter Gail Kazuk and her family. Best friend Ray Muth of 42 years also will have good memories and remember their good times together. After meeting Norm we started a new phase in our lives. We travelled to Mexico, United States, Dominican Republic and most special a Caribbean Cruise. Our life and those memories will never be forgotten. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Home, 433 Main Street, Stonewall. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society or the Stonewall and District Health Centre would be appreciated. Uncle Norman was a strong, stubborn but caring man. Growing up we used to joke around and have our share of arguments. I will miss him he was a good man. Something I would like to share is that he lived his life to the fullest since retirement, he would talk about his travels and always enjoyed listening to who ever else had a story to share. Unfortunately I was not available to be at his funeral but I was fortunate to get to see him a short time ago before his operation. As usual a smile, a joke and talk of what I was doing these days. I will miss you Uncle Norman RIP and we will visit again someday. - Posted by: Darcy Moore (Nephew) on: Apr 08, 2014
