  • With salty tears trickling down our cheeks, so heavy with heartache they drop down briskly upon our feet. Unable at times to stop their flowing, we tell the news of our Mother and Gramma's going. There is a deep loss felt by all whom knew Mom and her story, We witnessed a life filled with love, forgiveness, strife and glory. A life that was a seed in the earth to grow and sprout, and did blossom four children with seven grandchildren, to run about. We are thankful to the Sun"s warmth, Mother Earth and the Lord above. We are however most thankful, for our departed Mothers Love. S.H. - Posted by: Sharon Hoppenheit (daughter) on: Apr 05, 2014

  • My Grandmother was an amazing woman to whom I owe a great deal. Saddened beyond words by her passing, I feel blessed to have had her as a part of my life. She influenced my life more than nearly anyone else. I spread jam on toast with a spoon rather than a butter knife, and have an appreciation for earthworms like few others because of her. Thank you Grandma. - Posted by: Candice Alder (Granddaughter) on: Apr 05, 2014
