VICTORIA (VICKY, CRICKET) BOUVETTE August 21, 1945 - March 26, 2014 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, sister and auntie at the age of 68. Born in Winnipeg, MB she passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital. She leaves behind to mourn, her two sons Rob and John (Lee-Ann), two daughters Bridget and Bev, eight grandchildren, five sisters, one brother, numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends. Some of her favourite pastimes were going to bingo, playing cards/dice games, doing jigsaw puzzles and listening to country music. Even though Vicky was often difficult she would be the first one to help those who were closest to her. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Awe, I'm so sorry I couldn't have been there. She was an awesome person, always helping and taking care of others. She had a heart of gold. Precious memories I'll have of the time we spent together. Love you Auntie and rip xoxox - Posted by: Tammy (niece) on: Apr 07, 2014

  • I met Vicky in Thunder Bay 1974 .. we instantly became very good friends, always together .. then over the years we lost touch with each other with both of us moving .. I searched for her on Facebook and was able reconnect with her, then made a trip to Winnipeg just to see her .. it was so good to be able to sit and go down memory lane .. I am so sorry that I never got to see her again but she will remain in my heart forever ... so farewell my good friend til we meet again on the other side ...
