I was a student in the Master's of City Planning program in the late 1980's. Basil was an excellent instructor who was very kind to me. He helped me find summer jobs and never tired of working with his students. He helped me complete my thesis and graduate right on time. - Posted by: Cathy Domke (Former Student) on: Apr 22, 2014
