GENEVIEVE MOROZIUK It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dearest Auntie Genevieve (Jeannie). Auntie Jeannie was born in Toledo, OH. She moved to the town of Vita and later moved to Winnipeg. She will be adoringly remembered and missed by her brother Basil (Olga), and nieces and nephews: Cathy (John), Sandra, Charlotte, Ken (Louise), Brenda (Dennis), Sharon (Dale), Ray (Cheryl), Terry (Justine), Carol and Beverly. Also her great-nieces and nephews: Lisa, Liberty, Emily, Jeremy, Jorden, Brent, Jerry, Diane, Dustin (Carla), Adam, Courtney (Darin), Riley, Quentin, Tristan (Nicole), Sean (Kerri), Dylan (Carissa), Ravenne, Kiera, Kean, and Leila. She was predeceased by her husband Pete, her sister Helen, brother Mike, and her parents. Auntie was always on the go trying to help people in any way she could. Her greatest achievement in life was the respect and love she earned from her family and friends. Her fondest memories were from her many years of teaching, making new friends throughout the years. Auntie Jeannie, you had a wonderful way of making us feel so special, so loved. The kind and thoughtful things you did brought a special love to us. You were thoughtful, loving, kind, caring, giving, and fun to be with and special in so many ways. Thank you for being a Super Auntie. As a family, we would like to thank the staff of the Kildonan Personal Care Home and Concordia Hospital. The funeral service will be held on April 28, 2014 at the St. Demetrius Ukrainian Catholic Church in Vita at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place at the Vita North Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements by BIRCHWOOD FUNERAL CHAPEL 1-204-346-1030 OR 1-888-454-1030
