GEORGE KOLBA With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father and stepfather. Survived by his wife Joyce (Froom), daughters Kathleen and Christine, stepdaughters Allyson, Sandra and Barbara, sons Dennis and Ken, stepson Frank, their spouses, eight grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. After many years as a Land Surveyor in Manitoba, George and Joyce moved to Vancouver Island in 1978, living in Nanaimo, Cowichan Lake and Sidney. He will be greatly missed. Service at First Memorial, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC on Friday, May 2, 2014 10:00 a.m. Donations to charity of choice requested in lieu of flowers.
