THELMA LORENA SAGNES (Toots) (Mark) July 22, 1930 - April 4, 2014 With sadness, Thelma Sagnes, 83 years, passed away on April 4, 2014 at Fisher Personal Care Home, Fisher Branch, MB. Predeceased by her parents, Marjorie and Delmar (Jake) Mark of Waskada, MB. I would like to thank the staff at Fisher Personal Care Home for all the care the staff has given me. Beth (and John) and Debbs (Attila) for all the help and love throughout the years.
