Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIRENE BOUCHER (née CHERAMY) August 5, 1943 May 7, 2014 Born in St. Boniface, MB, on August 5, 1943, Irene Boucher (née Cheramy) passed away peacefully at the Elisabeth Bruyère Palliative Care Unit on May 7, 2014. Besides her husband Jacques, she leaves behind her sons: Robert (Lynn) and Richard (Nathalie), her grandchildren: Gabriel, Mathieu and Eliane, her brothers and sisters: Yvette (Lawrie), Paul (Kathy), Denise and John (Rosemary) and many, many others. For many years, Irene was a volunteer at The Canadian Museum of Nature and the Friends of Gatineau Park. She was also involved in parish activities and genealogy where she excelled. Irene was a warm and kind person who spread happiness and joy wherever she went. A celebration of her life on the theme of "Love" will take place on Monday, May 12 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ste. Marie Parish Church on Innes Road in Orleans. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Ottawa General Hospital Foundation towards myeloma research (http://ohfoundation.ca/ways-give/tribute-memoriam-giving) would be appreciated.
