Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCIS M. JUDD On Saturday, May 10, 2014, Frank woke on the opening day of fishing season to a warm and sunny day, he has his bait and tackle and the boat is packed - He's "Going Fishing". After a long battle with cancer he is finally ready to hit the big lakes again. Rest in peace, may the waters always be calm and the days always warm. Remaining to forever cherish Francis' memories are four children, Lynn, Earl, Gail and Susan, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Francis was born August 20, 1924 in Broadview, SK and moved to Winnipeg in the 1970s. Francis was a long time employee of the C.P.R. before retiring. By his request there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Thank you to the Concordia Hospital for their compassionate care.

Frank was a dear and kind friend to my parents and myself. I can still hear his voice and his laugh. Wonderful that he had so many great years fishing. I will always remember him as one of my favorite people. - Posted by: Dixie Deans (friend) on: Jun 19, 2014

Frank was such a great neighbour. Back 15 years ago I lived across from him for 5 years. He was so kind. I so much enjoyed talking with him. He would come over to have a look at my lawn mower when he saw me struggling to get it working. Or as I raked my yard he would hold the bag open and give me a hand. Frank was such a kind man and I knew he always looked out for me, he was a great neighbor! And I knew how lucky his children were as he always talked about them and just so proud! After being away for 10 years I've always still thought about him. My deepest sympathy for you all as you grieve the loss of such a great man. - Posted by: Tanyss (Old neighbor) on: May 18, 2014
