Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACOB (JAKE) J. NEUFELD 1923 - 2014 On Monday, May 12, 2014 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Jacob J. Neufeld, our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather went home to be with his Lord Jesus Christ. Mourning his passing is one son, two daughters and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Henrietta in 2010, two granddaughters, one son-in-law, seven brothers, three sisters, three brothers-in-law and six sisters-in-law. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Grace Mennonite Church, 1350 Pembina Ave. in Winkler with interment to follow at Westridge Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Jake's memory to Boundary Trails Health Centre Palliative Care or CancerCare Units, available at the church.
