Eldest daughter of Eric and Mary Campbell, she also leaves behind three sons, Craig, Richard (Kimberly McLeod) and Stephen (Janet Robertson). John and I extend our sincere condolences to Marion and his family at the passing of Moira. I know she will be greatly missed by them and also by her many friends, including myself. I first met Moira at a Psych wives meeting when we arrived in Winnipeg in 1969. Moira was vibrant, warm and her laugh and sense of humour were quite infectious. We had many conversations about our children and families, which were both hilarious and heart warming. Our friendships were renewed and deepened when Marion and Moira stayed with us at our home in Kingston during their move to Halifax. Laughter and memories filled the house. We kept in touch, and like all her friends were saddened when Marion notified us of Moira's death. Our fond memories of Moira will be lasting, and Marion, our thoughts stay with you. Marion and family - wishing you peace in the days to come. May your memories of all the good times be a comfort to you. I was saddened to hear of Moira's passing. Moira and I worked together at the Medical Library and then later at the Neil John Health Sciences Library. We shared many good times, memories which I too will treasure. Dear Marion and family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences for Moria's passing. She was an excellent Administrative Assistant and made my life so much easier. She was loved by all at work because of her spirit, can do attitude and her joy of life. Her retirement was a loss to us all and we looked forward to her visits when she came to Winnipeg. She loved her family especially her grandchildren. I am traveling today and thought about Moira as I was getting ready at home. I got a text message at the airport just as I was checking in informing me that she had passed. I hope her death was peaceful. I miss her dearly, - Posted by: Ada Ducas (Head, Neil John Maclean Health Sciences Library) on: May 17, 2014
