Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN SIKORA In celebration of Helen Sikora's life who passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 7, 2014 in her 89th year. Born in Poland, October 1, 1924. At a young age she was taken by Gestapo and held in captivity for five years in Germany. She met the love of her life during the Holocaust years. Mom and Dad came to Canada in 1948. She loved to garden, dance, bake, cook and sewing. She longed for family, thru hard work and many sacrifices. They brought six people to give them better lives and for their generations to come. She was a dedicated employee of Helene's Silhouette and Cliffords. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene. She is sadly missed missed by her daughters Donna (Branko) Jeanne (Wally), grandchildren Michael (Bonnie) Lisa, Andrew, Nicole, sister Lucy (Steve), Kathy, Barbara. A private funeral was held at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church. We love you. Rest in Peace Kochana Mama
