JOHN ALLINGHAM 1930 - 2014 The family announce with regret the death of John Allingham on Sunday, June 1, 2014. John was predeceased by daughter Heather Ann in January 1976 at 14 years of age. He is survived by wife Ilfra, sons Colin (Irene) and Scott (Kim), grandchildren Sean and Sandra (Chris) and great-grandchildren Ella, Eli, Emerson and Ethan. John's career included 34 years as a pilot in the RCAF followed by challenging years at both Standard Aero and Southport Aerospace. In accordance with John's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service of interment next to his daughter at Brookside Cemetery will follow at a later date.
