CHRISTINA WILSON GROSE (nee RAMSAY) Following a short illness, Chris died at Grace Hospital on June 1, 2014. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Joyce, Lorna, Sandy (Jim) Linton, her grandchildren Bruce (Stacey) Linton and Kim Linton (Ian Lisakowski), and her great-granddaughter, Charis Lisakowski. Special friends were Judy Kilgour, Jenara and Devon Desmedt and Heather and Norbert Pachet. She was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Glen in 1998 after 56 years of marriage. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Palliative Care staff and the staff of 3 South for their compassionate care. Thanks also to the home care staff who made it possible for Chris to live at home at Lion's Place. She enjoyed her many friends there. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or a charity of choice. Cremation has taken place. At Chris' request there will not be a funeral service. The family will receive friends to share memories on Thursday, June 5 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the home of Sandy and Jim Linton, 140 Waterloo Street.
