Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I always remember going to outdoor events or bbq parties with my grandpa. Fun times at the beach as well as Christmas and birthday parties. I was thinking about my grandpa yesterday while at the drag races here in Edmonton. He would have enjoyed that. RIP papa Don. I love and miss you. - Posted by: Michael Guttormson (grandson) on: Jul 06, 2014

  • My deepest sympathies to you Gail and your family. I could not have asked for a more wonderful neighbor. Don always had a smile on his face and was always up for a little chat. I'm sure going to miss your friendly waves, your smiles and seeing you every day. - Posted by: Cyndi Broughton (Neighbor) on: Jun 14, 2014

  • I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Don. That man was quite the character and I remember giggling with him whenever he was around. Don + Gail were also friends of my parents: Fred + Carol. They would have these marathon Crib Tournaments and sometimes the guys would actually win and then those two men (boys?) would giggle their fool heads off. When I think of those times, I smile and think of Don and my Dad. Two lunatics, but totally lovable. I will cherish my memories of Don. My Deepest Sympathy to all. - Posted by: Arlene Guttormson (Friend) on: Jun 13, 2014
