Dear Devigne Family, it is so very sad to lose a parent, especially our last remaining parent. Uncle Noël was a very special person who smiled easily and was so pleasant. We will always cherish the memories we have shared with him. Take care of each other as you grieve his loss and mourn his absence in your lives. - Posted by: Claudette Moquin & Harm Bouwman (niece) on: Jun 20, 2014
