Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINE BALZER February 10, 1923 - June 18, 2014 It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Tina (Kate) Balzer. Tina leaves to mourn her loving sister Helen, nieces and nephews, their families and friends. Tina was predeceased by her parents, five sisters and two brothers. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Bethania Personal Care Home for their love, care and compassion of "Kate" and the support shown to her sister Helen. A celebration of Tina's life will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at McIvor Mennonite Brethren Church, 200 McIvor Avenue with viewing at 10:30 a.m. and the service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place after the service at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue.
