VICKI LEE BROWN In Memory of December 27, 1954-May 23, 2014 Safely Home I am home in Heaven, dear ones; Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty, In the everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, Every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last. Did you wonder I so calmly, Trod the valley of the shade? Oh! but Jesus' love illumined, Every dark and fearful glade. And He came Himself to meet me, In that way so hard to tread; And with Jesus' arm to lean on, Could I have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely, For I love you dearly still; Try to look beyond earth's shadows, Pray to trust our Father's Will. There is work still waiting for you, So you must not idly stand; Do it now, while life remaineth- You shall rest in Jesus' land. When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; Oh, the rapture of that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come. Love family and friends. We miss you dearly Vicki.

  • Dear Jarred, I was sad to hear about your mom. She was very kind and hospitable. I enjoyed visiting you and your mom in California and our trip to Disneyland. She'll be missed by everyone, especially by you. Keep your Faith Jarred and remember you're not alone. You're loved by all your family and by all of your mom's friends.   • Dear Jarred, I am so sorry about your mom. I will really miss her dearly. I will always treasure the memories of all the short trips we went on, the shopping, and the long late night conversations I used to have with her about teaching. Vicki had a huge heart and will be missed very much by her family, friends and students. She's in heaven with the Lord now, so you must not worry Jarred.
