• With sadness I was told this morning about this passing. Always a bright spot in my life to see the Saper family every spring for over 30 years. • We had heard that Martha was not well and were shocked and saddened to read of her passing the very next day. We knew Jim and Martha through an "old timers" hockey group years ago when we were all quite young. Martha was so friendly, always smiling. I have been in Ottawa for many years but your visit when you had been to see your son in NY State was just like no time had passed. The same when I saw you both at the FGL Induction Ceremony. • I was so sorry to see the news of Martha's death this a.m. We were Junior League buddies and spent coffee time together when the kids were small.
