Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA (ANNE) HIEBERT (nee TOEWS) October 5, 1918 - July 13, 2014 Born in Plum Coulee to Ida (Loewen) and Jacob J. Toews, Anne was the eldest of five Toews siblings who lived to adulthood. She married John P. Hiebert on November 2, 1940, and they shared 60 loving years together. Anne is survived by children Leonard (Rose), Marjorie, and Eileen (Ken), grandchildren Sean (Shannon), Chris (Christi), Anne (Ian), Eric, and Lisa (Brian); and great-grandchildren Willow and Echo (seven), Chloe (five), and Audrey (two). She is predeceased by her beloved husband John, granddaughter Cheryl, son-in-law Andy, three sisters and four brothers. We are grateful for the loving care that our mom received from the staff of River Park Personal Care Home over the last five years. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 23 at Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St. Anne's Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Manitoba Cancer Society or Mennonite Central Committee.
